Austin Maynard Architects began in single-residential architecture, creating award-winning homes that navigated complex site challenges. As the need for higher urban density evolved, we expanded our focus into multi-residential design. Instead of treating multi-residential living as a temporary step on the way to a standalone house, we chanelled over twenty years of experience in bespoke homes to apartments, using design as an opportunity to deliver liveability in the long-term. We prioritise diverse floorplans, shared amenity and generous outdoor connections to build a sense of community that actively contributes to the neighbourhood fabric.
