Shawcross is the adaption, reuse and extension of one of Fitzroy’s most important heritage buildings. Part of a study into the responsible densification of our inner-north neighbourhoods, it presents a vision for super-sustainable, all electric, fossil fuel free homes in the heart of Fitzroy.
